Why Vorbit
Most systems are built by IT teams who have never stood on a showroom floor. Vorbit was built by someone who spent thirty years on one. That difference is everything.
The choice
No change
Same tools. Same process. Same missed opportunities. If nothing changes, nothing changes.
The definition of insanity
"Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." — Albert Einstein
Keep your system for paperwork
It was built for the office. Vorbit was built for the salesperson on the move. Scan, capture, log, and follow up — all from the phone. Your system records the sale. Vorbit helps you win it.
The old way vs Vorbit
Real experience. Real results
Toyota dealership General Manager
In a competitive world of selling, the difference between winning and losing is the system you use. A salesperson can’t work a list of 100 people — but they can work one at a time. Vorbit is the tool I wish we had.
National top achiever
Backed by a shelf full of industry awards to match. As Sales Manager at Peter Warren Toyota, I learned that winning once can be luck — but winning consistently is a system. Vorbit was built so every salesperson has a clearer, stronger path to the sale.
Thirty-plus years on the front line
I’ve spent my career inside dealerships — driving results, leading teams, and seeing firsthand what works and what gets in the way. Vorbit was built to fix the real problems teams still face every day.
Straight answers
Do I replace my CRM?
No. Vorbit sits beside it. Your CRM keeps handling the paperwork—Vorbit handles everything that leads up to it. Your team captures data in Vorbit, it syncs across automatically, and your existing system stays untouched. Seamless integration. Zero double entry.
Why should I pay for another tool?
Because your CRM can only handle the paperwork—not the road to a sale. Your team doesn't need another database. They need a tool that tells them who to call next, captures the details in seconds, and keeps every interaction on one timeline. Vorbit is that tool. The gross on a single extra deal covers your investment immediately.
Would my team use it?
When a tool is this easy to use, adoption takes care of itself. One tap scans a business card or driver's licence and auto-populates the full customer profile—no manual typing, no double entry. Why wouldn't they use it?
Is my customer data safe?
Yes. Your customer data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, access is limited by role, and exporting data requires approval from two managers. We never sell your data.
What happens to my data if we leave?
It's your data—always has been, always will be. You can export the full database anytime in a standard format, with export caps set by your Super Admin and a two-manager approval to protect it. And if you ever walk away? No lock-in. No hostage situations. No fine print.
Does Vorbit replace Pentana?
No. Pentana runs your dealership—accounting, service, parts, inventory. It's the system of record, and it stays exactly where it is. Vorbit is the field tool that sits beside it. It's what your team uses on the floor: scanning licences in seconds, capturing voice and video, logging every interaction on a timeline, and telling them who to call next. Pentana records the deal. Vorbit helps you close it.
Who's behind Vorbit?
It's early—and that's deliberate. We're working closely with a small group of Australian dealerships to make sure Vorbit is built exactly right before we scale. Vorbit was created by a Toyota dealership General Manager with thirty-plus years on the front line. The system has already proven itself. Now we're proving it in the field.
What does it cost?
Simple per-seat pricing, and every plan includes every feature. No feature-gating, no hidden extras, no lock-in. Plans start at $599/month for 8 seats and scale to $1,999/month for 40 seats. Annual service, maintenance, and upgrades are billed separately. Vehicle lookups and PPSR checks are billed per use. One additional deal a month pays for it many times over.
